Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking your session

After you complete your purchase, we will email you within 24 hours to confirm your booking, share your Google Meet link and explain how to send your swing videos.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule a Google Meet session free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before your session. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

Monthly Golf Coaching

Monthly Golf Coaching is billed month to month with no long-term contract. To cancel, contact us before your next month starts and you will not be charged again. Coaching already paid for remains available until the end of that month.

Refunds

If you have not yet had your first session, contact us and we will gladly refund you in full. Once a session or analysis has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your coaching, please get in touch and we will do our best to make it right.

Technical issues

If a session is interrupted by connection problems on our side, we will reschedule the remaining time at no extra cost.
